Hey guys…so this is my “before” set of photos for my abs…I’m planning on taking another set in a month! So if anyone has any advice at all on how to work your abs more or get better defined abs or what, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE message me!!! I want to get awesome abs. I already do A LOT (Jillian Michaels’ killer abs video ftw and some other stuff) and i eat clean (80/20) but if anyone has any other recommendations they would be most appreciated.
